We are looking for a Senior Account Executive for Working Capital to manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring risk, profitability, and asset-based lending service quality. This remote-friendly role also supports onsite locations across the United States, including Sioux Falls, SD; Scottsdale, AZ; Louisville, KY; Troy, MI; Franklin, TN; and Easton, PA. Responsibilities: - Manage a portfolio with up-to-date knowledge of the client’s financial condition, management performance, and industry trends; take timely action to minimize client losses and keep them within budgeted standards. - Ensure all advances and loans comply with loan policy and approved structures. - Achieve an acceptable contribution to overhead and profit from each client arrangement. - Document all relationships to ensure required legal documentation is in place. - Resolve factoring and asset-based lending service issues, control costs, and minimize client loss to competitors. - Propose policy and procedure changes to reduce costs and improve efficiency. - Develop and operate within an individual budget to control expenses. - Structure and underwrite changes to existing deals for management approval. - Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience; 5+ years of relevant experience; strong customer service and communication skills; collaboration; financial acumen.
