Prepare sandwiches, wraps, salads, and protein bowls following recipes and Nature's Table standards; ensure items are prepared efficiently, consistently, and safely. Process cash, debit, and credit card transactions using a point-of-sale system, balance cash drawers, and deliver excellent customer service. Set up stations, restock items, maintain sanitation and safety procedures, and operate equipment as needed. Accommodate guests with allergies or intolerances; adhere to portion control and presentation standards. Work collaboratively within a team; promote products and promotions through suggestive selling; assist with training new team members.
