Responsibilities include training and mentoring staff, managing daily priorities to keep work flowing, staging parts, inventory control, burr removal, and ensuring parts meet specifications. The role enforces safety procedures, PPE usage, 5S, and regulatory compliance, and maintains a clean, organized workspace. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent; experience in manufacturing or production; leadership experience; strong understanding of sandblasting techniques and materials; familiarity with ERP systems (PLEX preferred); ability to work independently and communicate effectively; and willingness to obtain an overhead crane permit.
