My Wireless, an AT&T Authorized National Retailer, is seeking an experienced Retail Sales Manager to coach and develop a team focused on delivering best-in-class customer service and achieving sales targets. As the Retail Sales Manager for a My Wireless location in Grand Rapids, Michigan, you will supervise daily operations, including hiring, scheduling, developing, and coaching team members to ensure an outstanding customer experience, strong sales performance, and compliant store operations.

Responsibilities

Qualifications:

Achieve location goals by coaching and developing team members to meet company KPIs.
Maintain staffing through recruiting and training, and build a loyal client base through ethical, customer-centric practices.
Establish business accounts by partnering with the AT&T Signature team for community events outside the store.
Maintain a clean and safe store environment through inventory counts, device security, and merchandising in accordance with company standards and policies.
Enforce operational policies and procedures; ensure regulatory compliance.
1 year of management experience in a similar field (required), preferably wireless.
1 year retail or customer-facing sales experience (required).
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays (required).
Ability to motivate, lead, and coach to results (required).
Strong organizational and communication skills; bilingual preferred.
Bachelor’s degree preferred; prior telecommunications sales experience preferred.
