The Retail Sales Manager will supervise the daily operations of a store, including hiring, scheduling, development, and coaching to ensure outstanding customer experience, strong sales results, and consistent store operations.

Achieve location goals by coaching and developing team members to meet company-established KPIs.
Maintain staffing levels through recruiting and retention, and train team members.
Build a steady client base through ethical and customer-centric practices.
Establish business accounts by partnering with the AT&T Signature team and coordinating community events outside the store.
Maintain a clean and safe store environment by managing inventory, securing devices, and merchandising in accordance with company standards and policies.
Enforce operational policies and procedures; ensure smooth store operations.
Stay informed of professional and technical knowledge by attending workshops, reviewing publications, and building personal networks.
Base salary plus uncapped commission; total package typically falls within $36,566.00 - $60,566.00 per year, depending on performance.
Ongoing paid training, medical/dental/vision coverage, 401(k), paid vacation, and employee discounts.
