Pella Windows & Doors of Tennessee is seeking a results-driven Replacement Sales Manager to lead and develop the In-Home Sales Team. This role will coach sales professionals from initial consultation through installation, drive a high-performing sales culture, and help homeowners select products that enhance the beauty, comfort, and value of their homes.

Responsibilities include training and implementing the Pella Windows In-Home Sales Process, working with the Director of Sales to set monthly and yearly segment goals and budgets, developing personalized goals for each representative, and implementing strategies to achieve segment goals. You will increase sales volume, profitability, and market share; manage the Replacement business to meet standards for closing percentage, average order size, yield per opportunity, overall dollar volume, discounts, returns, and customer satisfaction scores; ensure coverage of appointments in a prompt and professional manner; maintain thorough product knowledge; participate in hiring, orientation, training, performance management, and employment decisions related to the sales team; address customer issues professionally; collaborate with other Pella managers to achieve team goals; participate in ongoing training; and handle special projects as assigned.
