McCormick & Company is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead the Southeast region from a remote home office. The position reports to the Vice President of Sales for Branded Flavor Solutions (BFS) and covers NC, SC, GA, FL, AL, and MS. The role is remote from the home office and will require travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

Qualifications:

Develop and deliver customer sales and marketing plans for existing accounts while pursuing new business opportunities.
Provide detailed account information to management, including expenditure vs. forecast, budgeted expenses, business trends, and trade spend; measure performance and implement corrective actions.
Manage regional brokers, distributors, and operator accounts; train on McCormick products, policies, scorecards, and performance reviews.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and present to executive-level audiences; apply critical thinking and data-driven decision making.
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales, marketing, and trade-spend plan for regional distributors.
6+ years of experience in Food Service and managing Food Service Brokers; Bachelor’s Degree.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication/presentation skills.
Ability to travel up to 50%; occasional weekends.
Experience training and leading a broker network; ability to work across functions and cultures and with all levels of the organization.
Self-starter with ability to work independently; manage multiple projects under pressure; strong prioritization skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint,
