What You'll Do - Maintain accurate project cost records by reviewing accounts payable, labor, material, and subcontractor costs. - Review and code vendor invoices to the appropriate jobs, phases, and cost codes. - Prepare and analyze project cost reports to support Project Managers and Operations leaders. - Assist with Work-in-Progress (WIP) reporting, project accruals, and month-end close activities. - Review and process job-cost timecards and labor allocations. - Monitor project budgets, committed costs, purchase orders, subcontract agreements, and change orders. - Partner with Project Managers to analyze budget variances, forecast project costs, and identify financial risks. - Assist with vendor payment processing, lien waivers, retainage tracking, and subcontractor compliance. - Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation for audits and financial reporting. - Collaborate with Finance and Operations to improve project financial performance and profitability.
