The Recruiter is responsible for full-cycle recruitment—identifying, assessing, and placing candidates—while delivering an exceptional experience to candidates, associates, and clients. Responsibilities include sourcing and attracting candidates through job postings, social media, networking events, referrals, and outreach campaigns; reviewing resumes; conducting initial phone screens and interviews; coordinating and scheduling interviews with hiring managers; and guiding candidates through the interview process. You will develop relationships with hiring managers, understand staffing needs, and implement recruitment strategies. The role also involves maintaining accurate applicant tracking system data, staying informed about market trends and legal requirements, and leveraging AI-enabled tools in line with policy. A strong emphasis on client delivery and sales activity in the market is expected. Required: 1+ year in recruiting, customer service, and/or sales; high school diploma or equivalent.
