About the role

Overview: We are supporting our client, T. Eilers & Partner, in expanding their recruiting and talent acquisition efforts. T. Eilers & Partner helps small and medium-sized enterprises and private households optimize income and expenses. We are seeking motivated individuals who will recruit new talent for our company and guide the entire recruiting process. You will recruit exclusively for T. Eilers & Partner. We are not a staffing or recruitment agency. The role is fully remote via our digital office. Career changers are welcome. Location: Germany (residence or secondary residence) with a stable internet connection.

Responsibilities

Qualifications:

Identify suitable candidates for open positions
Create and publish job advertisements
Review applications and conduct initial pre-screenings
Conduct telephone and digital interviews
Support candidates throughout the recruitment process
Support social media recruiting and active sourcing
Document and manage recruiting activities
Contribute to personnel marketing and development
Enjoy interacting with people
Strong communication and a confident presence
Structured and independent work style
Interest in recruiting and human resources
Proficient with MS Office and digital tools
Residence or secondary residence in Germany
Internet connection of at least 30 Mbps
First experience in recruiting is advantageous but not required; motivated career changers receive a structured onboarding.
100% remote work
Flexible working hours
Start from about 8 to 15 hours per week
Part-time, full-time
