Position: Recruiter. Location: Carlisle, PA. This is a long-term contract role with the potential to become permanent. The Recruiter will handle full-cycle recruitment for production, management, and professional roles, including intake from hiring managers, candidate sourcing, interview preparation, feedback sessions, and offers. Responsibilities include meeting with hiring managers to discuss open positions and requirements, sourcing candidates for a range of roles, guiding candidates through the interview process, and conducting post-interview debriefs to align on next steps. Requirements: at least 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience; experience recruiting for sales or professional positions is highly preferred. Work environment is office-based with occasional exposure to the manufacturing floor. Schedule is typically Monday to Friday with flexible start/end times (7:00 am–4:00 pm or 8:00 am–5:00 pm). This is a contract position based in Carlisle, PA. The pay range is $35.00–$36.00 per hour.
