Paul Davis Restoration of NW Chicago is seeking a Reconstruction Project Manager to oversee residential and commercial restoration projects from start to finish. You will coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal mitigation teams; develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and documentation; and maintain clear communication with homeowners, insurance adjusters, and colleagues. You will review change orders, monitor profitability, ensure work complies with the project scope, and conduct on-site visits to verify progress, quality, and customer satisfaction. All work must meet OSHA safety standards and Paul Davis quality requirements. This is an on-site, full-time role based in Chicago, Illinois. The compensation package includes a base salary range of $65,000-$75,000 (commensurate with experience), potential commissions on job profitability and customer satisfaction, team performance bonuses, a company vehicle and cell phone, paid training and certification reimbursement, health/dental/vision insurance, PTO and sick days, and leadership development opportunities.
