As a member of Redfin's Sales Support team, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers via phone, text, or email, educating them about the benefits of working with Redfin to buy or sell a home. You will guide customers to the best real estate solutions, handle live inquiries from the website and app, and become an expert on Redfin’s real estate products and services. In applicable markets, you may also work with customers requesting a cash offer. You will match prospective customers with a local Redfin Agent for a home tour, buyer’s consultation, or listing consultation. Requirements include an active real estate license, prior inside sales experience (or customer service or real estate or other sales experience), real estate transaction experience preferred, strong multitasking, clear verbal and written communication, CRM experience preferred, and proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Suite.
