This role joins a team of software developers, data engineers, and data scientists to create, refine, monitor, and manage information management approaches and platforms that support social media operations. You will manage existing platforms and support the development of new capabilities to collect and manage data. Responsibilities include reviewing and evaluating software products and systems to ensure adherence to quality standards; developing testing procedures and designing and implementing test plans for related products and services; identifying test procedures and scenarios for quality control; providing cross-functional support to resolve defects and errors; assessing performance to meet established quality standards; collecting and communicating quantitative and qualitative findings from tests; providing expertise to resolve highly complex product issues and tracking progress; identifying areas for improvement to enhance efficiency; ensuring final products satisfy requirements and end-user expectations.
