Responsibilities

• Design, build, maintain automated test frameworks and suites for UI and API testing using Java, Selenium, and RestAssured.
• Create test cases in Gherkin format and ensure traceability between requirements, tests, defects, and evidence.
• Collaborate with Software Engineers, Product Managers, SMEs, and QA colleagues to enhance automated coverage and support CI/CD pipelines.
• Execute automated and manual tests, investigate defects, and contribute to root cause analysis.
• Support non-functional testing activities including performance and security validation where required.
• Maintain test data, documentation, and quality reports; participate in Agile ceremonies.

Requirements

• Strong Java test automation experience with Selenium and RestAssured; ability to automate both UI and API testing.
• Knowledge of SDLC, Agile practices, and QA best practices; ISTQB Foundation or equivalent desirable.
• Experience with Jira, Xray, Confluence, Git; SQL skills; ability to work in cross-functional teams.
• Preferred: experience with AWS, modern UI automation tools (Playwright/Cypress), contract testing (PACT), m
