QA Automation Engineer on the Frontend team will implement, maintain, and design the test case execution framework and the test cases it includes. You will be part of a team of Frontend Developers, QA Engineers, and Designers, working to create new functionality for the user interface and frontend features. You will report to the Frontend Team Lead. Your main focus will be building test suites and automating them with Cypress to manage player actions across online casino games. You will identify, reproduce, and log defects, and collaborate with developers on issue resolution and deployment to production. You will write clean, performant code following modern industry best practices and perform manual validations on real iOS and Android devices for scenarios that cannot be automated. You will be guided by team members during onboarding and beyond, learning internal tools, systems, and engineering standards. Responsibilities include reviewing requirements, creating QA strategies and test plans, collaborating with Developers and QA Engineers to develop, refine, and update automated tests, and designing and executing test plans for new product features. The team uses Vue.js, Node.js, Cypress, Git/GitLab, and JavaScript.
