Joby is seeking a Project Manager, Supply Chain Analytics to join our team in San Carlos, California on-site. The ideal candidate is data-driven and execution-focused, with a strong foundation in data analysis, supply chain fundamentals, and cross-functional project coordination. You will bridge data with action—support part readiness, supplier risk mitigation, and alignment with aircraft development milestones. You will extract insights from complex data sets, communicate clearly across teams, and drive projects to closure to support the path to certification and initial commercial service of the Joby aircraft.

Responsibilities

Qualifications:

Supply Chain Analysis: analyze supplier performance, procurement trends, and inventory data to identify cost savings and efficiency opportunities; monitor KPIs including on-time delivery, lead times, inventory turns, and forecast accuracy; support demand planning, capacity analysis, and sourcing strategies using data-driven modeling; build and maintain dashboards/reports using Excel, Power BI, or similar.
Project Management: lead cross-functional supply chain initiatives (supplier transitions, cost-reduction programs, system/tool implementations); manage timelines, resources, and deliverables with engineering, procurement, operations, and logistics; track milestones, identify risks, and escalate roadblocks to ensure on-time execution.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: partner with procurement, planning, logistics, engineering, and finance; act as liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
