Responsibilities include directing detailing, project planning, and production; leading department personnel to achieve safety, quality, and company standards; providing tools and training to develop employees; coordinating with internal teams and the customer; representing the company in project meetings; negotiating pricing as needed; interpreting plans and contract terms; coordinating project requirements with contractors, engineers, and architects; and implementing corrective actions to address customer concerns. Requirements include 7+ years of experience with rebar, concrete, or general contracting; 5+ years of rebar detailing experience using RebarCAD or MicroStation; 3+ years of supervisory experience; project management experience; ability to travel locally, regionally, and corporately as needed; strong cost control and financial acumen; proficiency with MS Office and AutoCAD 2016 or later; BIM knowledge a plus; and a Bachelor's degree or relevant equivalent experience.
