We deliver inventive, flexible, and sustainable MEP designs for retail, education, restaurants, commercial and entertainment spaces. We are looking for a Project Manager to lead MEP design projects across a wide variety of project types including retail, commercial, restaurant, industrial, healthcare, cannabis, mixed-use and hospitality. The Project Manager will direct and mentor staff, manage owner and subcontractor relationships, and ensure projects meet deadlines, quality standards, and budget targets. Responsibilities include managing projects from inception to completion, coordinating schedules with clients and stakeholders, maintaining proactive client communication, monitoring project performance, coordinating with outside consultants, guiding internal design teams to meet client standards, and supporting contract negotiations and proposals with the business development team. The role requires strong leadership, organizational, and time-management skills, effective communication with all stakeholders, and proficiency with MS Office, project management software, AutoCAD and REVIT.
