The Mechanical Project Manager will lead MSL’s project team to deliver the project scope safely, efficiently and on schedule, while maintaining the highest quality standards. The role includes developing construction execution plans, schedules and subcontract work scopes within the Project Management framework and contributing to continuous improvement. Responsibilities include reporting to the Project Director; maintaining safety management on site and ensuring procedures are implemented; planning all work from initiation through closeout for materials, subcontract packages and craft requirements; managing the site management team including the Construction Manager, Engineers and craft Supervisors; coordinating with the Scheduler and Engineers to develop constructability reports and schedules; establishing subcontractor work scope execution plans with the QS, including generation of work scopes, tendering and awarding, and controlling costs, schedule, quality and safety; coordinating prefabrication planning with workshops and managing documentation; producing weekly and monthly progress reports for clients; working with Quantity Su
