Overview The Project Manager for Industrial projects will lead planning, execution, and finalization of initiatives within defined deadlines and budgets. You will coordinate resources, define objectives, and oversee quality control throughout the project lifecycle as part of the broader program, based in West Palm Beach, Florida.

Responsibilities - Direct and manage project development from initiation to closure, including establishing project scope, goals, deliverables, and QA/QC protocols. - Plan, track, and schedule timelines and milestones. - Prepare and submit budget proposals and recommend budget adjustments as necessary. - Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations. - Supervise project team members and contractors, guiding accountability for assigned work. - Build, develop, and foster business relationships vital to project success. - Develop and maintain client relationships and participate in interviews.

Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, or construction management. - 8+ years of experience. - Preferred: Professional Engineer (PE), Registered Architect, or CCM; market-specific certifications. - Strong graphic, verbal, and written communication skills. - Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a multi-design-discipline team. - Familiarity with the project lifecycle from initiation to completion. - Experience mentoring junior engineers or coordinating across disciplines.
