We are seeking an experienced Project Manager II to lead and manage complex educational facility construction projects ranging from $5 million to $100 million in value. This role is ideal for a proactive construction management professional with expertise across the full project lifecycle, from planning and design through construction, occupancy, and closeout. The Project Manager II serves as a key liaison between stakeholders, design teams, contractors, regulatory agencies, and campus leadership to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with all applicable standards and regulations.
