The role requires defining project scope, managing budgets and resources, developing schedules, mitigating risk, and ensuring stakeholder satisfaction throughout the contract lifecycle. Responsibilities include developing project charters and plans, supervising project engineers and other team members, coordinating with design disciplines, monitoring progress against scope, schedule, and budget, and communicating with clients. The Project Manager II may negotiate contract changes, prepare proposals and technical presentations, and develop project controls and documentation. The position reports to an Executive Sponsor and collaborates with teams across the organization. Qualifications include a bachelor's degree in engineering or an architectural discipline, five years of engineering experience with two to seven years in project management, familiarity with project accounting, and strong written and verbal communication skills. Industry focus includes Chemical and Bio Refining, Pulp & Paper, Mining and Metals. This is an on-site role based in Appleton, Wisconsin, United States.
