The EDM role serves as the primary interface between the project organization and Supply Chain for assigned critical equipment packages, reporting to the Senior Manager of Equipment Delivery Management. The successful candidate will monitor Supply Chain performance against project milestones, manage cost account performance through EVMS, drive change control and risk identification, and ensure that all equipment delivery activities for assigned packages align with project requirements. The role requires identifying problems early, driving resolution, and escalating when needed to protect project outcomes. Key responsibilities include: acting as the day-to-day liaison between the project organization and Supply Chain; holding Supply Chain to agreed schedules and milestone dates; maintaining detailed schedules in the Integrated Master Schedule (IMCS); coordinating cross-functional alignment meetings with EPC, Operations, and Engineering; planning Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), Equipment Qualification (EQ), commissioning, and system turnover; escalating unresolved performance issues with documentation; managing CAM, PMB, EVMS, EAC, and EV metrics; reviewing supplier reports and ensuring earned value reflects physical completion; leading change control for assigned cost accounts and Supplier Coordination Requests (SCRs); identifying and tracking project risks and escalating as needed.
