The role, based onsite in Faenza, Italy, involves driving projects from concept to launch, delivering on time, within budget and to high quality standards while collaborating with Engineering, Marketing, Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Sales. Responsibilities: Lead NPD and VAVE projects across EMEIA, achieving business, cost, quality, and timing objectives. Develop project plans, define milestones, monitor progress, and proactively manage risks. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution and alignment on priorities. Drive problem-solving and decision-making to overcome project challenges. Monitor performance through KPIs and provide regular updates to stakeholders and leadership.
