Keller is seeking an experienced Project Manager based in Hoover, Alabama. Responsibilities include risk management in accordance with Keller policies, identifying major risks and implementing mitigating actions; initial planning across designs, submittals, material ordering, pre-job planning and scheduling; and project execution by building and leading project teams, ensuring work meets specifications, staying on schedule and within budget, and identifying opportunities to maximize profitability. The role also covers change management, financial management including weekly and monthly reports, forecasts and budgets, and accounts receivable, as well as safety and quality assurance to comply with Keller and OSHA requirements. In the event of safety incidents, the Project Manager will work with HSEQ to support employees and project teams, and will resolve quality nonconformance issues while exercising stop-work authority when necessary. Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management preferred, at least five years of geotechnical or construction-related experience, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and some travel.
