The role is responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to deadlines and budgets by coordinating resources, defining objectives, and overseeing QA/QC throughout the project lifecycle as part of the program. Responsibilities include directing and managing project development from initiation to completion, establishing project scope, goals and deliverables, planning and tracking timelines, and preparing budgets with recommendations for adjustments. The PM will develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations; supervise project team members and contractors; nurture business relationships essential to project success; and maintain client relationships throughout the engagement. Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, or construction management, and 8+ years of experience. Professional Engineer (PE), Registered Architect, or CCM certifications are preferred, as are market-specific certifications.
