Project Manager - on-site in Astigarraga, Basque Country, Spain. We are seeking a Project Manager to take full ownership of end-to-end project delivery for national and international projects within an expanding engineering company. The role acts as the reference point between the client and internal teams, with emphasis on decisive leadership, results-orientation, and coordination of cross-functional teams.

What you will do: - Lead the project from kickoff to close. - Review contracts to understand obligations and rights. - Maintain ongoing communication with the client throughout project execution. - Coordinate the project team across phases: engineering, design, purchasing, production, and assembly. - Ensure project execution meets defined quality, productivity, and schedule targets, and that resources are available and used efficiently. - Monitor and control the project plan, anticipate contingencies, and manage project progress. - Track project finances and assume financial and contractual responsibility, including identifying and managing contractual risks and variances, and taking actions to ensure budget compliance and desired gross margin. - Manage issues and changes, provide solutions to the client, and negotiate any additional costs.
