We are seeking a Project Manager to lead large-scale events and activations in Saudi Arabia, coordinating cross-functional teams and external partners. The role involves managing inter-departmental processes, milestones, and risk assessments; coordinating project management systems to ensure smooth timelines; and maintaining clear communication with internal teams and external stakeholders, including VIPs and senior leadership. Responsibilities include: - Managing inter-departmental processes, milestones, risk assessments, and contingency planning. - Coordinating project management systems, procedures, and workflows to ensure on-time delivery. - Overseeing event delivery with the Special Projects team, Marketing Manager, and Event Manager; directing onsite staff and team members; managing badges and merchandise rollout; supporting marketing, programming, and operations elements of event delivery. - Managing production and speaker logistics from confirmation to on-site delivery; ensuring smooth event production and post-event evaluation. - Tracking post-event milestones, preparing final reports, and capturing lessons learned. Qualifications include: - Degree or equivalent; significant experience in a Project Management role supporting mid-to-large scale trade exhibitions, conferences, sports events, or FMCG launches. - Ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables; experience evaluating inter-departmental processes and milestones. - Proficiency in MS Office/Office 365, Smart Sheets
