Responsibilities

• Act as the focal point for disseminating information between Leepfrog and the client during CourseLeaf project implementations.
• Create and maintain project schedules and tasks using internal tools and processes.
• Drive projects to timely completion within development budgets.
• Efficiently allocate incoming requests to the team, prioritize actions, and monitor resources to meet deadlines.
• Partner with Engineering and Consultants to enter, validate, and shepherd project defects to resolution.
• Collaborate with clients to create a testing plan during User Acceptance Testing to guide tasks required to meet go-live deadlines.
• Apply patches and track configuration and code changes to test and production environments.
• Maintain an in-depth working knowledge of Leepfrog software and how it can be configured and implemented to meet client requirements.
• Facilitate internal story planning meetings for project-related deliverables.
• Own all project-related administrative tasks including scheduling meetings, maintaining project documentation, meeting notes, and status summaries.
• Demonstrate preparedness, professionalism, and project leadership to ensure success; lead client meetings, address concerns, mitigate project risk, and communicate transparent
