Overview: TekSynap is a fast-growing high-tech company supporting federal government customers. We are seeking a Project Manager to join our team supporting DISA JSP ETM in Arlington, Virginia. Responsibilities include day-to-day management of project/contract operations across multiple tasks and locations; manage project scope with changes documented and approved; track milestones and provide status reports; lead, coach, and motivate team members; make decisions aligned with business needs; ensure Information Assurance Vulnerability Management updates are tested, evaluated, deployed, and documented for covered systems; ensure compliance with directives and standards (CJCSM, DoD Security Requirements Guide, NIST, and other relevant standards); support senior and executive-level management briefings with high-level technical documents and presentations as necessary; prepare Monthly In-Progress Reviews detailing program status, milestones achieved, risks, and deliverables; provide Program Administrative/Financial Status Reports in sync with invoicing cycles; develop and implement onboarding, training, and validation processes for all staff, ensuring compliance with minimum requirements and certifications; monitor network performance, proactively making recommendations for improvement and resolving potential problems; ensure proper labeling, tracking, and documentation of all program assets, adhering to government procedures and standards; interface with government personnel and customers to convey program status and ensure smooth coordination and communication.
