GSM Outdoors is seeking a Project Manager to lead product development from concept through production, coordinating cross-functional teams and international manufacturing partners to bring innovative outdoor products to market. Location: Henderson, Nevada, United States (On-site). You will partner with Engineering, Product Management, Sales, Sourcing, Operations, and overseas suppliers to keep projects on schedule and drive successful product launches. Responsibilities include leading multiple development projects from concept to commercialization, developing timelines and milestones, monitoring progress, identifying risks, coordinating meetings, and following up on deliverables. You will collaborate across Design, Engineering, Product Management, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Sourcing, Quality, and Manufacturing to align priorities with business objectives. You will lead communication with overseas manufacturing partners, help coordinate production schedules, resolve pre-production issues, and participate in meetings with international suppliers. Proficiency with project management tools such as Monday.com, Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, and strong written and verbal communication is required.
