About the role

CareAllies is seeking a Project Manager to support the escalation and coordination of provider-related issues that impact claims processing, reimbursement timelines, and provider experience. Working within the Operations Enablement & Shared Services team, the Operations Enablement & Shared Services Analyst (Project Manager) assists in intake, documentation, tracking, and coordination of escalated issues, under the guidance of senior team members, to ensure timely review and resolution within established timelines.

About the role

CareAllies is seeking a Project Manager to support the escalation and coordination of provider-related issues that impact claims processing, reimbursement timelines, and provider experience. Working within the Operations Enablement & Shared Services team, the Operations Enablement & Shared Services Analyst (Project Manager) assists in intake, documentation, tracking, and coordination of escalated issues, under the guidance of senior team members, to ensure timely review and resolution within established timelines.

Responsibilities

Qualifications:

Issue intake and coordination: manage intake and tracking of provider-related issues submitted through Salesforce and other platforms; ensure complete documentation; route issues to appropriate teams and monitor progress; maintain accurate records.
Issue resolution support: assist in information gathering; support root-cause analysis and resolution activities; follow up with internal teams; escalate delays or risks as needed.
Operational & workflow support: adhere to standardized workflows; identify gaps or inefficiencies; assist with basic process improvement to reduce manual work.
Data tracking & reporting: maintain logs of issues, turnaround times, and resolution outcomes; support reporting on backlog, aging, and timelines; identify trends.
Stakeholder support: communicate professionally with internal stakeholders; coordinate across teams; ensure a positive provider experience through timely follow-up.
Compliance & quality: ensure documentation meets standards and participate in quality checks.
