This role owns end-to-end project controlling, Sub-P&L ownership, and governance of financial processes, with a focus on safeguarding integrity, driving margin improvements, and enabling automated and streamlined reporting. Responsibilities include leading end-to-end project controlling for strategic deals, providing financial oversight of the total portfolio, forecasting (Forecast at Completion, Monthly Pacing, Rolling Forecast), and delivering actionable insights to influence operational decisions. You will own the Sub-P&L, monitor performance metrics across product lines, manage monthly closings, ensure accurate financial reporting, and lead compliance, governance, and risk management, including coordinating internal and external audits. The candidate must be fluent in Spanish with a good level of English, hold a university degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, and have at least 5 years of relevant experience in corporate finance or controlling.
