Mental Health America of Los Angeles (MHALA) is seeking a Program Manager for Transition Age Youth (TAY). This on-site, full-time role (35 hours per week) reports to the Director of Transition Age Youth Services and provides direct supervision and leadership for the TAY team, delivering psychosocial rehabilitation services in accordance with agency guidelines. The position entails supervising and guiding staff during program activities, coordinating care, and ensuring program documentation, compliance, and budget management.

Key duties include overseeing day-to-day operations of the TAY program, participating in team and community meetings, managing subcontracts and quality assurance, and supporting staff in meeting member goals. The role requires collaboration with the Director, strong organizational skills, and the ability to interact with individuals from diverse backgrounds. A Bachelor's degree in human services and at least four years of relevant experience are required; preferred credentials and licensure as applicable.

Compensation ranges from $71,890 to $76,440 annually and includes a full benefits package. Flexible scheduling may include evenings, weekends, and holidays. A valid driver’s license and automobile insurance are required; TB clearance and annual re-testing are conditions of employment.
