The Policy Design, Enforcement, and Threat Intelligence teams work together as one org to shape what is allowed across harm areas, detect violations, and investigate emerging misuse. As the program manager for the org, you will keep cross-functional work moving, track the portfolio across three teams, connect workflows, and ensure the right people are aligned before decisions land. Your responsibilities include managing the operating rhythm (planning, priorities, status, and decision records), preparing launch/readiness for policy, enforcement, and threat intelligence workstreams, and overseeing external publications such as blog posts and threat reports. You’ll collaborate with leaders to spot risks early, clear blockers, and keep everyone aligned.
