Modern Health is seeking a Program Manager to drive how the Product & Tech organization plans, executes, and ships initiatives that span Product, Engineering, Design, Data, and cross-functional partners. You will implement structured program management to bring clarity and follow-through to fast-moving work, and you'll improve alignment, communications, and processes between Product & Tech teams and the rest of the business. This role is suitable for someone early in their program management career, with ownership of meaningful workstreams from day one, and with room to grow toward leading Modern Health's largest programs end-to-end. The role is fully remote; Hawaii-based work is not eligible.

What you'll do: - Program-manage product and technical initiatives from scoping through launch and post-launch follow-through across Product, Engineering, Design, and Data. - Build and own project plans, map dependencies, assess and mitigate risks, and keep initiatives on a predictable timeline. - Translate vague business, clinical, or partner needs into clear, actionable requirements for product and engineering teams. - Lead Product & Tech operating rhythms, including quarterly planning, roadmap reviews, launch readiness, and communications. - Strengthen feedback loops by improving alignment and processes between Product & Tech and cross-functional partners. - Drive data-informed decisions by evaluating initiative performance and delivering concise recommendations to leadership. - Own core tooling and systems (project trackers, documentation, dashboards) to surface visibili
