Overview Native American Health Center (NAHC) is seeking a Program Manager I for the Home Visiting program to oversee grant administration, program operations, and staff supervision within the Community Wellness Department in Oakland, CA. This on-site role supports the expansion of the Strong Families Home Visiting Program and the Comprehensive Perinatal Services Program (CPSP), with a focus on improving community access, service integration, and sustainability. The incumbent will supervise staff and volunteers, manage budgets, coordinate with partners and funders, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and reporting requirements.
Key Responsibilities - Provide project direction, budget oversight, reporting, sustainability planning, and evaluation support. - Allocate time across direct service activities and program coordination; utilize EPIC for record management and coordination with external partners as needed. - Develop and lead program teams, set goals, and report outcomes; collaborate with NAHC departments to ensure compliance. - Improve workflow processes, implement program enhancements, and support grant deliverables and evaluation. - Supervise staff, provide coaching and training, manage performance, and promote staff development. - Coordinate with Research and Evaluation, Communications, and external partners to align obje
