Overview The Center for Great Expectations (CGE) operates an Adult Mommy-and-Me Residential Program that provides trauma-informed treatment and supportive services to pregnant and parenting women navigating substance use and co-occurring mental health challenges, with the goal of keeping mothers and their children together. CGE is seeking a Program Manager who is passionate about behavioral health, committed to trauma-informed care, and energized by leading a team and a program that makes a meaningful difference in the lives of women and families. The Program Manager will champion CGE’s Relational Recovery Model and oversee the delivery of high-quality, compassionate care while aligning with CGE’s mission and goals.
