Job Summary: The Program Manager plans, organizes, and implements the highest quality training programs for youth athletes and teams within assigned facilities and the surrounding area. Responsibilities include developing program curricula, training facility instructors in program execution, and collaborating with the EL1 FAST Team to enhance the participant experience through baseball and softball programming.

Responsibilities

Leadership and staff supervision: serve as the primary operations contact and subject matter expert for facility operations, including management, sales, marketing, and staff oversight; foster an inclusive facility culture; recruit, train, develop, and retain instructors; ensure instructional standards are met and staff are developed in alignment with EL1’s mission, vision, and values; manage program schedules and staff rosters within budget; coordinate apparel, uniforms, and equipment needs with Procurement within budget.
Program and curriculum implementation: lead on-turf training, instruction, and performance-focused coaching; with support from the EL1 FAST Team, develop and implement program curricula; create new training programs for in-facility, mobile, league, and Powered By programs; liaise with Powered By Directors and coaches to ensure pla
