Coordinate and oversee development and implementation of individualized program plans for clients in Supported Employment / Individual PlacementManage program operations, ensure contract quality, allocate resources, and supervise/train staff; assist with budgeting and billingMonitor progress of client goals, prepare reports for the Program Director, and ensure timely intake-to-placement processesLiaise with EXCEED programs, employment sites, funding agencies, and other stakeholders; represent the program at meetings and eventsMaintain safety and compliance with safety programs; oversee crisis intervention as neededProvide counseling and advocacy to clients and staffRequirements
- High school diploma; prefer at least two years of college; two years of related field experience; one year of mid-level management experience
- 21 years or older; valid California driver’s license; acceptable driving record; state-required automobile insurance
- English grammar and writing skills sufficient for documentation and reporting; ability to develop objectives and evaluate needs
- Knowledge of programs serving individuals with developmental disabilities
- Physical abilities: sit/stand for long periods, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, good vision and hearing
- Mental abilities: ability to interpret instructions, produce reports, manage time, meet deadlines; professionalism and effectiv
