In this role you will own the eArrest product lifecycle end-to-end, including product vision, roadmaps, service management, enhancements, releases, and continuous improvement. You will define and analyze business requirements, identify opportunities for process optimization, and support the implementation of technical solutions. You will monitor product performance, KPIs, service levels, incidents, and system updates, ensuring effective issue resolution and mitigation. You will collaborate with Development, Operations, IT, Customer Service, and other stakeholders to deliver efficient and customer-focused solutions. You will manage eArrest services information in public and internal spaces, providing input to marketing and PR content.

In addition, you will handle Risk & Compliance: ensure eArrest product adherence to internal policies, legal requirements, and industry standards; identify and mitigate risks; contribute to business continuity activities; support audits, regulatory reviews, and risk assessments.
