This individual contributor role partners with Product Management, Product Development, Engineering, Marketing, Operations, and external design/visualization partners to translate briefs and market insights into manufacturable solutions and launch-ready products.

Responsibilities include owning industrial design, pushing design language and materials, balancing performance, comfort, durability, aesthetics, manufacturability, and cost; communicating design intent through sketches, CAD (Rhino preferred), renderings, prototypes, product specifications, and presentations; and supporting design-for-manufacturing, cost and technical reviews.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Product Design (or related) and 5+ years designing physical consumer products (sporting goods/footwear/performance preferred); proven experience owning products from concept to production; portfolio demonstrating problem-solving and design rationale; proficiency with materials, finishes, prototyping, tooling, and production methods; strong collaboration and communication skills.

Compensation: $85,000–$95,000 per year, paid bi-weekly plus company and SMART bonus opportunities.
