As a Product Designer, you will work on both user experience exploration and implementation, bringing UX and UI expertise to collaborate closely with Product Owners and Developers to enhance journeys and their deployment, following an Agile method. You will join a major client in the banking sector, contributing to the development of financial business products and CRM evolution. Your responsibilities include: understanding user needs to meet their expectations; running UX workshops (audits, journey maps, card sorting, etc.); analyzing journey data to formulate solution hypotheses, creating wireframes, and building dynamic UX prototypes, testing with users; delivering visuals in accordance with a Design System, from Low-Fidelity to High-Fidelity, using design tools for interface modeling. Qualifications: strong knowledge of UX and UI methodologies, with at least 4 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer on various projects; proficient with Design Thinking and tools like Figma; ability to communicate and work in an Agile environment with Product Owners, business teams, and developers.
