Allwyn UK is seeking a Product Designer to join the Digital Foundry team. You will contribute to all stages of the product design process, from understanding business challenges and player pain points to researching, designing, testing and iterating high-quality concepts across our web, app and digital retail channels. Working collaboratively with a passionate team, you will put players at the heart of everything you do to create engaging experiences grounded in insights and rigorously tested data. You will work within an established product design and content team to deliver a wide range of work across the National Lottery brand, collaborating with product management, business analysts, developers and delivery managers on a day-to-day basis.

Responsibilities

Create and communicate bulletproof design concepts through sketches, player flows, wireframes and prototypes.
Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand player behaviors, attitudes and pain points; produce journey maps and flows to inform digital roadmaps.
Validate ideas through user research and testing.
Produce high-fidelity UI and motion designs to illustrate functionality and interactions.
Facilitate and participate in discovery and design workshops; partner with Product Managers to translate insights into opportunities.
Collaborate with development teams to implement designs within technical constraints and deliver robust solutions.
Champion commercial success and positive player experiences across design cycles.
