Agave is seeking a semi-technical Product Analyst to serve as a bridge between engineering and customers. You will own the investigative, specification, QA, and rollout of features, work embedded with engineers, and develop deep expertise in the systems we integrate with. Responsibilities include product investigation and spec for ERPs, field tools, and accounting platforms; edge-case debugging; designing comprehensive test plans; owning the full lifecycle of features from discovery through QA and rollout; and documenting rollout steps with post-launch monitoring. You will synthesize feedback from customer calls, support tickets, and onboarding observations to translate pain points into actionable specs, and collaborate with the onboarding team to identify friction points and prioritize fixes. You will build internal documentation for integration behaviors and edge cases, maintain testing frameworks, and improve gaps in our product development process. Must have hands-on, non-managerial experience with APIs, databases, SQL, Postman, or willingness to learn; meticulous attention to detail and structured thinking; and be prepared to work in-person in San Francisco 5 days per week.
