Process Improvement Project Manager at ThedaCare leads initiatives to streamline and optimize healthcare business processes, ensuring successful project delivery within budget and on time. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, planning, timeline management, process redesign and continuous improvement, and effective communication with stakeholders.
Key responsibilities: - Develop project charters, workflows, executive summaries, plans, timelines, and resource allocations for assigned projects. - Redesign processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement. - Develop and implement process improvement strategies including reengineering, automation, and standardization. - Facilitate cross-functional project teams and workshops to support process improvement and timely results. - Lead and coach teams as needed to align objectives and drive results. - Track progress, manage risks, and ensure projects are completed on time. - Establish project success metrics and report results to stakeholders. - Promote a culture of collaboration and timely execution.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, or engineering. - PMP certification (preferred). - 3–5 years of project management experience. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Proficiency with process improvement methodologies (DMAIC, Lean Six Sigma) and meeting facilitation.
