You will build cloud-native, event-driven platforms that power real-time, omni-channel customer interactions across digital channels, owning end-to-end delivery from concept through production. The role involves shaping platform architecture, writing production-grade code, and collaborating across platform engineering, QA, and operations to deliver secure, reliable solutions. You will design and develop contact center components using open-source frameworks such as Asterisk, FreeSWITCH, Kamailio, WebRTC, SIP, RTP, Matrix, and Rocket.Chat, and engineer IVR systems with speech recognition and conversational AI integrations.
