Responsibilities

Qualifications:

Advise cross-functional teams on technology selection to achieve target-state architecture and improvements to current technologies
Apply enterprise-approved AI capabilities to accelerate architecture analysis, roadmap development, and design decisions, with human-in-the-loop validation and appropriate handling of sensitive data
Develop multi-year roadmaps aligned with business and architecture strategy
Create complex and scalable coding frameworks emphasizing durability and reuse to improve velocity and quality
Develop secure, high-quality production code, and review code written by others
Serve as the function’s go-to subject-matter expert and contribute to the development of technical methods in line with the latest product development methodologies
Establish reuse-first AI-enabled engineering patterns and governance across SDLC/toolchain practices, ensuring traceability, resiliency, and security controls
Formal training or certification in architecture concepts with 10+ years of applied experience
Hands-on experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability
Expertise in one or more programming languages
Deep knowledge of software, applica
