This role is the principal technical authority on agentic software development, combining product-minded, full-stack engineering with company-wide scope to set long-term technical directions and engineering standards for the organization.
Based in Scottsdale, Arizona (on-site), you will lead the agentic strategy, evaluate frontier models, design human-agent collaboration patterns, and advance the engineering culture. You will partner with VP-level leadership to align technical strategy with business goals, represent Arrivia externally, and act as the final technical escalation point for the most complex challenges.
What You'll Own - Define and own the multi-year technical vision and architecture for Arrivia's travel platform, aligned with product and business strategy. - Lead agentic strategy: govern and optimize AI coding agents across engineering teams. - Make high-impact architecture and technology investment decisions, weighing scalability, reliability, security, cost, and speed with company-wide consequences. - Design the agentic framework: evolve prompt libraries, MCP server ecosystems, agent governance, and quality gates for AI-generated code that set the standard for the whole organization. - Architect enterprise MCP: define how AI agents securely interact with internal APIs, databases, infrastructure, and third-party services across the full lifecycle. - Evaluate f
